NOTICE OF VACANCY ROSAMOND COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Notice is hereby given that there is a vacancy on the Board of Directors of the Rosamond Community Services District due to the resignation of Benjamin Stewart, effective November 4, 2025.

The remaining members of the Board of Directors intend to fill the vacancy by appointment pursuant to Government Code Section 1780. The appointed individual will serve on the Board until the next general district election, which will be held in November 2026, and until a successor is elected and qualified.

A publicly elected five-member board of directors governs the Rosamond Community Services District.
The board provides guidance, strategy and decision making for District programs and policies.

Board meetings are open to the public and are held bi-monthly on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Closed Session and 6 p.m. Open Session.
