As a reminder, payments can be made online and via phone, mail, or district drop-box, no cash accepted. New service applications and disconnection forms can be sent to email@example.com.

Rosamond Community Services District collects the payments for the street lights and forwards those funds directly to Southern California Edison. If you have a maintenance issue with your street light please contact Southern California Edison directly to report it be clicking here.
