Water bill guidelines:

  • Water bills are due upon receipt.
  • Your account will be delinquent if your bill is not paid in full by the 9th of the month it was received.
  • Your account will be charged a 10% penalty if not paid in full by the 19th of the month it was received.
  • Partial payments are accepted but your account will be delinquent until it is paid in full.
  • You have 10 calendar days from receipt to dispute your water bill.
