A publicly elected five-member board of directors governs the Rosamond Community Services
District.
The board provides guidance, strategy and decision making for District
programs and policies.

Board meetings are open to the public and are held bi-monthly on the second and forth Wednesdays of the month at 6 p.m.
Minutes of the meetings are posted upon approval of the Board at the next meeting and will be available at the Rosamond Community Services District.
